Regency Palms Oxnard Assisted Living and Memory Care, one of Ventura County, California’s luxury senior living communities, announced the addition of Ken Mahler, as its new Executive Director, effective September 15, 2020.
Mahler’s exceptional career includes senior management positions at several large, award-winning senior living communities in the state of California. With about 27 years of experience in the senior living industry, Mahler’s extensive expertise includes both community operations, administration, and business development. Prior positions held by Mr. Mahler include Executive Director, Director of Business Development, Nursing Home Administrator.

Mr. Mahler boasts an impressive history at the helm of community operations serving more than 100 residents in Ventura County. His community leadership successes are evident in the awards earned including Best Occupancy, Best Assisted Living 2018 and 2019, and Top 10 Community. Mr. Mahler’s focus is developing and nurturing relationships to exceed the expectations of residents and resident families. In one of his recent positions, his community consistently achieved a 96%+ resident satisfaction survey every year.

Mr. Mahler holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Kinesiology from California State University Fresno. He draws from his solid operations and administration experience at the community level to enrich the lives of seniors by providing high quality of care that meets their physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
