The Villas at St. James celebrated The Longest Day® on Tuesday, June 21st to raise awareness and funds to advance the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®.
The Longest Day is a team event held annually on the summer solstice to support Alzheimer’s Association’s mission to fight Alzheimer’s disease. Including the most hours of daylight, this bright day symbolizes people across the globe fighting the darkness of Alzheimer’s through fundraising activities.
On The Longest Day, The Villas at St. James, wore purple in support of the Alzheimer’s Association in conjunction with conducting fundraising activities that included delicious homemade blueberry lemonade and blueberry muffins complete with a lemonade stand.
Our community successfully raised $1,500!
