A day at Atrium at Liberty Park is a day filled with possibilities. With thoughtful and specialized daily programming that encourages complete whole-body wellness and a dedicated Life Enrichment Coordinator to lead the way, residents can choose from a number of activities that suit their mood. Our monthly community calendars are balanced with activities that stimulate the mind, body and soul and always incorporate valuable opportunities to socialize, whether it be with other neighbors, staff or the outside community.

Vitality by Revolution in Motion

A groundbreaking movement program designed specifically for seniors to improve mobility and balance. Vitality by Revolution in Motion increases agility, decreases fall risk and increases cognitive function in a fun, group setting. The program trains residents barefoot on unstable surfaces using a series of exercises that are novel, playful and transformative. The emphasis on foot strength and ever-changing movement energizes the entire nervous system, harmonizing communication between brain and muscles. You can experience dramatic improvements in strength, speed and flexibility, while providing an overall sense of purpose and motivation to improve. Participants report feeling stronger, more capable, experience better memory and recall, and even sleep better..
