Atrium at Liberty Park celebrated The Longest Day® on Tuesday, June 21st to raise awareness and funds to advance the care, support, and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association®.
The Longest Day is a team event held annually on the summer solstice to support Alzheimer’s Association’s mission to fight Alzheimer’s disease. Including the most hours of daylight, this bright day symbolizes people across the globe fighting the darkness of Alzheimer’s through fundraising activities.
On The Longest Day, Atrium at Liberty Park, wore purple in support of the Alzheimer’s Association in conjunction with conducting fundraising activities that included cheeseburger and hotdog sales, fairy tale hair booth, hula hoop competition, entertainment with steel drums, corn hole competitions and informational booths.
Our community successfully raised $1,045!
