Sidney, Ohio - March 16, 2024 - In the wake of the devastating tornadoes that struck Logan County on Thursday, March 14, Landings of Sidney has stepped up to support the local community in their time of need.
The tornadoes caused significant damage and loss of life in several communities, including Logan County near Sidney, Ohio. Recognizing the urgent need for assistance, the compassionate team at Landings of Sidney immediately sprang into action.
Upon learning that a local school had been transformed into a shelter for those displaced by the tornado, the Landings of Sidney team wasted no time in reaching out to offer support. "We are deeply saddened by the impact of the tornado on our community," said Jennifer Hicks, executive director at Landings of Sidney. "Our hearts go out to all those affected, and we are dedicated to doing everything we can to support them during this difficult time."
In addition to their immediate relief efforts, Landings of Sidney plans to return to the community on Monday with further food and supplies. They will continue to work closely with the local school to assess ongoing needs and provide assistance wherever possible.
