We are thrilled to release the second video in the mini-series Seniors & Songwriters! In this episode, country artist and host Billy Dawson visits our community to surprise resident Sid S. with a touching memory of the house in which he raised his children. 

The goal of this series is to bring songwriters to different senior living communities across the country, where they play music and tell the stories behind their songs to appreciative senior citizens and in turn, the seniors get to share their life stories as well. The program does its best to interact with the community, bringing comfort and building relationships with the residents. The second episode of this touching series premiered by Newsmax, featuring Sid, a 94-year-old beloved father, grandfather, and resident who continues to thrive at Chevy Chase House
